“The homeowners requested a simple luxurious vibe, that is why I retained the high ceiling complimented by a crystal ceiling lamp. To utilize the low beam, the cove light was extended to allow the lighting to be distributed. On top of that, I further combined the mirror, marble pattern, wallpaper, and leather furniture to create clean and elegant elements.
Last but not least, the master bedroom was catered for the homeowner’s adorable triplets. One of the tips was to use the space from the high ceiling to create room for playtime and storage for their children’s toys.”

“The original unit was dark and small, with many walls and awkward ceiling fixtures. As a result, we decided to hack away at the kitchen walls and ceiling partitions to create one large living room and open kitchen space. The homeowner also preferred Darker Tones (to create a cozy feeling), so I went bold and chose the Black Wood laminate as the main carpentry design. Additionally, I also added accents of Warm Wood and Light Marble to bring more contrast & depth to the whole design.
It’s also my intention to make sure the display spaces look pretty neat and clean so that the homeowner would not feel cluttered while staying in small spaces. With the right planning and smart design strategy, it was always possible to create a cozy and welcoming space that still had everything you need.”

“As the small kitchen was the main focus of the renovation, I had to explore different layouts and solutions to maximize the functionality while not compromising on the clean & modern aesthetics. We managed to achieve this by incorporating the use of bifold door hinges for corner cabinet access and a Blum condiment tray to maximize the storage function. Two floating shelves were also added for additional storage and display space while not blocking off the natural light from the kitchen window.
The cherry on the cake was the bi-slide slim frame glass doors and kitchen window set that elegantly provided a more open flow between the kitchen and living areas while still allowing the homeowners to keep their young children out of the kitchen.”

So I took that opportunity to create a room dedicated to the walk-in wardrobe, a full dressing table and display set-up, a bespoke study table & bookshelf. Coupled with timeless lighting, colour palette and material choices, the resultant home was luxurious yet still practical and comfortable.
The styling choices also played a part in the overall look of the home. While the number of items in a luxurious house should be kept to a minimum, those that were present should not be inconspicuous. Chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling curtains, accent pillows and wall-spanning paintings or portraits are great ways to give the luxury interior design an awe-inspiring element.”

“This project focuses on refining the layout of a 2 Bedrooms & 1 Study unit. The existing study which is inwards facing and looking directly at the neighbour’s kitchen provides little privacy and has been repurposed into a storeroom. This strategy frees up the Living Room and avoid the need to create storage cabinets which reduces the width of an already tight space.
By repurposing one of the bedrooms as a study, walls are replaced with glass and mirrored cabinetry, allowing the owners to enjoy a generous view towards the ocean within all common areas of the unit.
The Kitchen and Dining spaces are deeper within the unit with less natural lighting and had multiple ceiling heights. The uniform wooden finishes around the Dining and Kitchen serves to visually connect them into one single segment and provides the ability to integrate indirect lightings to an otherwise dark area.”

“This project explores the marriage of spaces in both the living areas and also bedrooms. In the living area, the adjacent balcony acts as an extension of both the living and dining area. This effectively creates a large social space visually connected by similar finishings for both sides.
A wall between a common room and master bedroom was hacked to create a spacious walk in wardrobe and bedroom.
In new condominiums that are getting increasingly tight, it is critical to study the habits and future plans of clients in order to determine whether joining of rooms are suitable, and also look into how spaces can serve multiple functions. Home owners should carefully look into how long they intend to stay in the home they plan to renovate, this will give their designers and home owners a better idea of the renovation commitment they should make.”

“To hack down existing kitchen wall to open up space. Letting air and light flow through the entire space. We did overlay composite wood decking beside their private pool which creates a new perspective to outdoor comfort just right outside their living room.
To create more storage space for their new place this is why a full-height tv cabinet that doubles as a feature wall is created. A special slot is also created to accommodate the soundbar.
For the junior master room, the previous owner had made it a study room so we had to tear down every carpentry inside to recreate it into a bedroom space with a built-in wardrobe and to fully utilize the space, a customized study table with a drawer was created.”

“My homeowners wanted a Mordern Luxury theme with a cozy ambience as they enjoy relaxing at home.
One of the techniques I used to achieve this was by imbuing GOLD STANLESS STEEL TRIMMINGs and OPAQUE GLASS into the walls around the house to enhance it with a luxurious touch.
I also used a mixture of textured and marble materials, with a combination of clean lines throughout the house to create a space that is open and accompanied by pops of strong colors. A fibreglass wall backing that had a marble surface look was also used for the hallway area to create a posh and cozy feel leading into the bedrooms. All of these come together to create a space well suited for a lavish life.”

☑️ First impression matters and the owners wanted a hotel-like welcoming ambience for the main hall. To achieve that, the soft neutral shaded walls are paired against warm toned feature panels and laminates for an amplified fuzzy contrast and its amazing what a statement hanging piece at the dining area can do, drawing focal to the area where the family gathers.
☑️ Kid’s rooms are donned up each in their preferred choice of gentle shades completed with a cloud-esque headboard for dreamy nights and the master room featuring a linen embossed laminated headboard that spans across the back of the bed and beyond for the feeling of horizontality within the space.
