"This project took on the principles of Hygge (pronounced as Hoo-gah in Danish), a unique concept of creating a warm cosy atmosphere. The design maintained a clean and minimal approach to provide multifunctional and flexible spaces such a recessed seating area for both dining and lounging.
Maintaining a consistent single tone laminate finishing across the entire house allowed for a light, clutter-free aesthetics. With smooth curves applied across the home, hard edges are avoided and allows for a touch of elegance and contemporary aesthetics.”
