What is CaseTrust?
CaseTrust is the accreditation arm of the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE). Following a structural brand revamp, CaseTrust accreditation moved from one baseline standard to categorising accreditation with a three-tier framework based on the robustness of their financial safeguards and consumer protection measures. This is where Weiken’s CaseTrust Gold status stands apart.
The scheme runs across three tiers:
- CaseTrust Gold — the premier tier and the pinnacle of the entire scheme.
- CaseTrust Silver — the standard tier, formerly known as “CaseTrust Basic”.
- CaseTrust Bronze — the entry-level tier designed for smaller or skill-based businesses.
The gap between CaseTrust Gold and the tiers below goes beyond baseline compliance. It is for firms independently assessed to meet the highest standard of consumer protection and service quality in the industry. The accreditation is also not a one-time achievement.
