ID was Jake. Journey started in, well, May, discussion and plans. Actual, started in Jun, schedule for 3 months. After 3 months, i finally took over the unit from Jake. Was a moderately complicated project, due, woodwork involved. As usual, changes incorporated along the way. Jake was patience, which was appreciated, helpful, also appreciated. So what is important is, the ID, in this case Jake, must be knowledgeable, patience, understand houseowner needs and idiosyncrasies, which Jake possesses.
