No doubt that there were hiccups along the way but he was very professional in dealing with them. There were no hard selling and he allowed us to make most of the decisions with some guidance. He only told us to get the essentials and was well aware of our budget. He was always very prompt in his reply and has good sense of design.
Brendan made an excellent first impression when we met him. We were very nervous throughout the renovation process but we appreciated the assurance and weekly updates that he gave us.
