Our renovation journey is coming to an end, and we would like to commend ID Emily Neo. Emily has been very thorough throughout the design process, engaging us at strategic junctures to understand our needs and design preferances. The renovation has turned out the way we envisaged. she has also taken the extra mile to change the colour of our rms after they had been painted because they turned out stronger than what we saw in the paint brochure, and when a crack developed in my wall mirror after my electrician (sourced by myself) installed a wall socket, Emily managed to get the damaged mirror taken down (not sure how they did that) and replaced at a very reasonable cost. In the final check before handover, she was actually more meticulous than I am. Greatly appreciate her service.
