We are very satisfied and pleased with our new house

We just moved in our new house (resale flat) since late Feb 2021, we had chosen Weiken as our interior design. I highly recommend our ID designer Elaine Tan. We greatly appreciated for the nice and comfort house that you design for us.
Creative & hardworking: Like most of the new homeowner, me and my wife went to several (at least Interior design firm to seek for their renovation ideas and requested for quotation. Spending time and making comparison between renowned firm and designer, hoping to find “The One” that I could entrust with my new house. We chosen Weiken out from all the other good firm and designer, as Elaine really stand out from all the other. Not only that she shared a lot good ideas that exceeded all our expectation, as a consumer you could really feel that she genuinely putting in a lot of passions and hard work in her preparation before showcasing her work.
Great personality & service attitude: I cannot recalled how many times we had discussion with all the different Interior designer before and during circuit breaker (physically meet before CB and Zoom discussion during CB). We felt very comfortable and assuring while talking to Elaine, we never have the feeling of being pressurized to buy your product. She know her stuff and that gave us the confidence in her work. As this is the first time that we bought a new house, a lot of time we cannot make up our mind. Me and my wife seek a lot of idea from online (Pinterest etc) we started wanting this and we want that and kept changing of mind of the design numerous times with all the IDs. Elaine was the one that really patience and she help us build up a image of the dream house that we wanted. We actually felt quite sorry for her, as we kept making her change the design and show us various quotations. Nevertheless, she was really professional in her work and never lose her cool/ positive service attitude. She is very responsive to our last minute calls and request.
Trustworthy and Assurance: Her good service doesn’t end after we signed the contract with Weiken, she worked closely with us, our contractor, carpenter and others to ensure our house renovation was properly carried out. We also seek her advice on furniture on text message, thank you for accommodating to our request and always responsive in replying.
Summary: The reason why I wrote this much is not because I am very free, just that Good Service deserved a praise. Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank our Interior designer Elaine for your hard work. We are very satisfied and pleased with our new house. Thank you.
