I requested for YinJye’s assistance after browsing through her works on the website. True enough, the experience was exceptional.
The meetings with YinJye have been pleasant, fruitful and professional. She is always ready to come out with design initiatives and asks thoughtful questions for the good of the customer; and not simply to talk about things just to lure us to commit to more costs. Her ideas have been extremely helpful in designing the limited space that we have. She has many ideas at the back of her mind and at her fingertips. She also always has her iPad Pro by her side when we meet – to show us examples of her design ideas and the floorplan and drawings are all inside her iPad so she uses it to draw out / illustrate to us and we are able to visualise immediately. She is also confident and bold in proposing ideas to us which are helpful to us and sometimes on things which we totally did not think of.
Other than YinJye, another person who also did a lot of good work is Wei Yan. He also has been very professional in his area of work. He does a lot of work at the background to ensure that the logistics and schedules are well planned and communicated. He co-ordinated with many other parties to ensure that the project management and implementation are seamlessly executed. He is also quick witted and able to anticipate what the customer is expecting. Every time we needed to take a look at certain samples, without us asking, he would already go and retrieve the sample to show to us.
The team – Yinjye, Wei Yan and the numerous backend staffs of Weiken and their vendors, have provided a very good experience since Day 1 till now – where the renovation is almost done. There wasn’t any time when I had to worry as the team has been responsive and resourceful in answering to our queries. I also felt safe signing the contract with Weiken as the contract terms are approved by Casetrust.
All in all, design – good; service – good; project management – good. I am happy with the outcome and hope that Weiken would continue to impress us in the aftersales, if we were to go back to them for any help in the future. I have already recommended a few friends who needed renovation to them. Cheers.
