When my wife and I started on our renovation journey, we have no clue as to whom should we approach given the so many negative news on renovation woes by consumers. Prior to shortlisting, we could only base our search on reviews written by others. When we came across the many positive reviews about Weiken and its pool of IDs, we decided to go ahead initiate contact with Brendan, whom we have read reviews about. Our first meeting was a very fruitful one and he came across as a very honest, straightforward guy with an easy going and cheerful personality. Trusting our instinct and without even looking for another ID firm to compare, we immediately proceeded to engage the service of Brendan. Subsequent meetings with him were also a breeze and he made it a point to meet us at Oxley Tradehub despite him being stationed at IMM. Throughout the journey, he was very accommodating to our request while maintaining his professionalism by giving us his input without being too pushy and imposing on us. The trust was established at the beginning and we fully entrusted him with taking care of our home. He was with us in the selection of tiles, appliances, toiletries, lightings, etc in which he offered his professional advice and opinion apart from addressing our needs and concerns. The few months of working with Brendan has truly been an amazing experience. Due to our heavy work schedule and not being able to be at the worksite, Brendan will ensure that he update us timely on the progress and is very quick to respond to all our queries, regardless of how late it may be or even disturbing his weekend evening at times. This trust and cordial relationship has turn this commercial relationship into one excellent friendship with Brendan too as everything he promises, he delivers and at times throws in some element of surprise for us too. The best thing about working with him is his usual phrase, “Small matter, can settle one! Will keep you posted”. This reassurance from our ID is really a plus and as he always say, not just for his company that he must do it for, but also his personal sense of responsibility to his client and of course the Brendan’s standard.
