Elaine did a visualization drawing of the agreed design for my apartment. She asked for pictures of furniture and display items that would be brought over from our existing flat, and incorporated them into the visualization. This gave us a very good idea of the final result. Changes to the visualization were also made after we selected the tiles, colors for walls and carpentry. The end result turned out to be very similar to the visualization.
Elaine selects her contracting teams carefully. All of them executed their work in good coordination, including the electrical works, which was not in her scope of work.
