ID assigned was Derrius Koh. What stands out from the rest was that, even from the initial quotations and proposals Derrius produced, till the order confirmation and actual renovation works, he is super responsive and very comprehensive.
Engaged Weiken after an extensive search among several other reputable ID films. First time using their services and we were initially sceptical but it turned out to be a very pleasant one. ID assigned was Derrius Koh. What stands out from the rest was that, even from the initial quotations and proposals Derrius produced, till the order confirmation and actual renovation works, he is super responsive and very comprehensive. No over selling and certainly did not under-delivered. Communications was kept very open and our needs were duly met. We had a rather extensive requirements covering nearly the whole house (which was a re-sale) and it turned out the way we wanted, within the time frame required. This is during the period whereby it was transiting to the new normal and everything was opening up, we understand resources and supply chain will be tight, but these challenges are overcomed with smart workarounds and alternatives. Good job to the whole WeiKen team, esp Derrius Koh.
