Our designer was Ms Eva Lau from Midview City Branch.
After having met several IDs prior to our first meeting with Eva, we were impressed by her ability to understand our requirements without much elaborations, and her skills in putting them into visuals, literally on the spot, to facilitate further discussion. This made the meeting (and subsequent ones) more efficient, and productive.
With her vast experience, Eva provided useful ideas and tips throughout the entire process. She was responsive to our queries, and offered her frank opinion for our consideration. She managed her contractors and workers effectively and ensured that all renovation works went well as planned and no unpleasant surprises. Post-renovation rectification works were also prompt and done up nicely.
