Our ID is Eva. Excellent service rendered. Our reno journey was quite long and we are glad to have Eva accompany us on this journey.

Eva was probably the 10th ID we approached. After a disappointing first 9 IDs, i carefully filtered through all Weiken branches’ reviews to finally focused on Eva. Eva was highly reviewed at her previous branch Midview City, she was even a branch manager. It’s a pity that she has to start fresh collecting new reviews at the new branch. Eva didnt have any of the nonsense from the first 9 IDs. When we first met, it was almost CNY already, but she still found time to work out a quotation for me to review during the CNY, the quotation didnt have unwanted extras. After CNY we exchanged some ideas, she suggested a few practical changes that helped solved my problems and we decided to commit with her. Eva was exceedingly patient. I couldnt voice out what exactly I wanted, i could only say what I didnt want to see, and it didnt help that my hubby hold opposite opinions for reno. Eva sat through with me and we kind of by elimination decided what was the eventual reno we wanted. And thoughout the entire 6 months we were plaqued every step with issues such as supply delays, material not available etc, then back to the drawing plans, change again, and chain effect affected something else , change again, a lot of stuff was decided last minute, or I will suddenly have an idea and Eva react quickly to instruct the contractors. I really kept her on her feet. The end result is as planned , a clean layout which i can easily change in future regardless whether it’s modern lux/ vintage / modern contemporary, the mood will be changed with wall paint colour or change of furniture sofa coffee table etc. Unlike many apartments which used embedded gold trimmings to accentuate modern lux theme, our apartment’s lux appeal came from the choice of good quality materials, materials of varied texture/shapes, different lighting showing the depth of design. We are truly grateful to have her as our ID.
