We really like that the interactions with Yin Jye felt like it was on a personal level instead of ID-client relationship. Yin Jye is always prompt in her replies and she will follow up closely on the work schedule and update us on the status even before we asked.
Yin Jye was the first ID we met and she turned out to be the ID in charge of a project we showed her as reference for our future home (what are the odds)! During our discussion, we felt that she was very knowledgeable in offering us technical answers and aesthetic suggestions. She will listen to our ideas patiently and being the professional, she will also offer her advice which made the whole process so much smoother. Her sketches often helped us to visual how the layout would look like.
