Kudos and thanks to Evelyn Lau for a job well done. The concept for a blue-themed living area + dining while working with an irregularly-shaped and small area was challenging in all aspects. Evelyn rearranged the whole living-dining-common room configuration to incorporate a proper study/ bedroom (previously a convertible one), a luxurious living room with platform storage and a open concept dining hall. (Dining hall was a miserable, dark enclave in the original layout).
As a friend commented, it’s an excellent use of space which is a major consideration for a CBD condo. The end result is an aesthetically pleasing, bright, open, spacious; both cozy and luxurious.
