Having an ID that understands you and what your preferences are is a crucial factor to consider. While I was quite clear about how I wanted my future house to look like, Ken brought in his expertise to bring my dreams alive. He would always find a way to fulfil my sometimes rare / unique requests and seldom says no unless it was not practical / did not make sense.
Thanks to Ken Yip, most parts of my renovation journey has been a breeze.
Overall, the workmanship, communications (especially checking with owner before proceeding with any major works) and quality of materials used are commendable

He would always find a way to fulfil my sometimes rare / unique requests and seldom says no unless it was not practical / did not make sense.
I am satisfied with the renovation except the last bit during the handover where there are minor details that were overlooked such as paint marks on the stainless steel pipings, uneven paint works and plastering work which could have been fixed with simple touch ups although Ken did try his best to do what he could.
That apart, I still highly recommend working with Ken and Weiken
