The entire process was fuss free and smooth. Jake is extremely accommodating and easy going on requests that we have, including helping with coordination with vendor – something which was not within his responsibilities but yet he willingly helped.
Overall, a very pleasant and good experience we had with Jake Chew and Weiken.
Jake is a very meticulous ID who does not just deliver on aesthetics but also usability and comfort. He considers areas we might have overlooked and also suggests very good ideas/solutions to make use of every part of the small space we have.

His dedicatedness can be seen from how he personally does site inspection of the status and also check of the end product prior to delivery.
Additionally, towards the end, we had to request to complete the renovation by an earlier date – despite the short timeline, Jake delivered and more.
We would definitely recommend Jake to friends and family who are looking for an ID.
