As I am a first time home owner, I was clueless of what to expect and how to start the renovation. Brendan guided me step by step what will be done and which will be done first in a systematic way. There was always prompt updates on the status of the renovation and explanation of the things being done. He is also always ready to hear the concerns I have and will offer advise to address those concerns.
