We engaged Wei Yan to design and project manage our BTO. Even though WY is fairly new to the industry, his level of professionalism is commendable. Particularly, we appreciated the space saving ideas he proposed at the beginning of our renovation. There is bound to be hiccups in every reno project. However, even amidst the challenges, WY remained honest and did not make any empty promise. With more experience managing vendors, we are certain WY will become an effective contributor within his field.
As we have not moved in to our unit yet, we are unable to comment much about the quality of the subcon’s workmanship. We are glad that even though it was pandemic period, majority of the milestones were met and there were no major supply chain or manpower issues that we encountered.
