We were quite set on engaging Lucas after meeting up with about 6 IDs as he was the most professional and reassuring ID out of all we met. The quotation was reasonable too and his proposed design of our house was also very much to our liking. He even had value-added services like letting us see our house design in Virtual Reality! Our renovation was much smoother than we expected and timelines were all met; we were able to shift in in time, unlike a lot of Covid renovation horror stories we had heard from our friends. Lucas was dedicated and responsible and we really didn’t have to monitor or scrutinize the renovation works much. Would definitely recommend him!
