Jenny is always responsive, patient and provided clarity with our many queries. She is also flexible with changes during the design and even the renovation phase. She always give sound advice and clear explanations if something we wanted may not work (aesthetically or functionally).
This is our first BTO and we wanted it to be nice and special. We met a few ID firms but we knew from our first meeting with Jenny that we have found the right partner.
Our second meeting confirmed that her ideas were fresh, out of the box and yet realistic (and budget appropriate) to execute within our requested renovation period. Jenny is professional, trustworthy and easy to work with.
