It’s been our 2nd Home Renovation with David Wah.
Started in early July 2018, as always dream plan never comes perfect as per discussion.
Design concept was disapproval by the relevant authority dept, thereby delayed the starting phase of renovation work.

He volunteer to hide some unforeseen ugly corners at no extra cost to us and go an extra further mile negotiating for better saving deal to assist us reduce our projected renovation budget.
