It was such a smooth process because Lucas would balance out what is necessary to keep to compliment both aesthetics and functionality of the design all while juggingly the costs. The smoothness of decision making process was impeccable.
Lucas is also responsible and responsive to my queries and I feel like he has my best interest at heart. Its as if he have left no stone unturned when he came to put forth his recommendations and also help control the budget well. This had helped me decide the must haves and good to haves when it comes to budgeting.
Even after the project had been completed, he would still check in to see if everything was in order and made sure that I was happy with the outcome.
