Kiwi Lim

Kiwi stood out from the rest of his competitors with his excellent communication skills and attention to detail during the first meet-up where we discussed our initial design criteria though we have not confirmed him nor the firm. Throughout the process, he constantly updates us with photos, voice messages etc. He is meticulous in spotting small details and ensuring they would not be an eyesore for us as homeowners.

Even though our project was not a huge one, he gave his fullest and non- discriminatory attention. He has an eye for details and made sure that all our requests are followed through with the sub-contractors.

Throughout this project, Kiwi put in a lot of time and effort, patiently finetuning his vision and ideas with our own perspectives to come up with the design proposal that met our needs in terms of look, practicality and budget.

Our ID, Kiwi, handled the whole process from initial proposal, to selecting materials and execution of reno works very well with personalized touches.

Through the whole process, kiwi was very meticulous in following up to our needs. Before the start of project, he would also craft out a detailed timeline to illustrate individual work to be done within the stipulated timeline. Along the way, he will also give us very good advise from electrical to carpentry design.

Most importantly he is very helpful mange for me on the Reno and also not really need to worry on anything during Reno as he has mange everything well for me during Reno which make me worries free during Reno.
