Ken always took the time to talk about our needs in detail and gave helpful suggestions to make the design better.

Even our children approved of the design. Ken also kept us in the loop on the progress of the renovation. Being a non-technical person, I had problems understanding some of the drawings and layouts.

He ensured that everything was carefully thought through before execution, went the extra mile to make sure that we are happy and delighted with the final look of our home.

Overall their pricing is fair and reasonable. Most importantly, they deliver what is being proposed.

He is also approachable, patient in answering all our queries and follows up on the actions needed to be taken .

Despite ours is not a big project, we could see that Ken was very attentive during discussion with him on the renovation works. He is very accommodating to our requests, such as, expediting the renovation works and also advised us on the carpentry works and lighting installations.

He has been very responsive, open to discussion and share his professional inputs to guide us along the way. We strongly recommend Ken, as he communicates well with the contractors and all the contractors have been very professional in their areas of work. We had a delay in reno during the year end season, we were stressed as we needed to move in when reno isnt completed. Ken did what he could to coordinate with the contractors to ensure that we could move in, did clean up twice and kept checking in with us during the stressful period.

Having an ID that understands you and what your preferences are is a crucial factor to consider. While I was quite clear about how I wanted my future house to look like, Ken brought in his expertise to bring my dreams alive. He would always find a way to fulfil my sometimes rare / unique requests and seldom says no unless it was not practical / did not make sense.

Despite the large extent of work, everything was done properly and professionally on time. He was highly committed and attentive to issues and details.

Although Ken appeared to be quiet, he was very on the ball for all things and would ensure that contractors fulfilled their tasks and services accordingly.

As he went all the way out to find the compact plus colour which matches my current compact plus. This gives me alot of trust in him putting the extra mile out for my kitchen.

Despite all the challenges that we face to engage different workers for different work. We manage to complete all in timely manner. All rectification that we request and defect found are all well coordinated and rectify.
