“In this 2 Bedder Luxury Penthouse, we prioritized on space planning especially on the dining area, with built-in settee to maximize storage. “This 5-room BTO was transformed into a retreat away from the turmoil of the world. We have created an open-plan living space using strong natural textures such as wood and stone, painting the walls and ceilings in a dark, wood texture to create a retreat-within-the-retreat.

“For this project, the homeowners gave me the freedom to play and explore the interior, his main wish is to make the master room bigger and combine it with bedroom 2. It’s seemingly impossible to do so even after removing the wall between the two rooms as the walking space is still less than a door width space. In order to make the two rooms combined and have a decent walking space with walk-in wardrobes, I’ve decided to hack and shift the master room main door. By tilting the Master main door, I will achieve the ideal walking space between the two rooms which will then be able to house the walk-in wardrobe and study table.




A long fluted window is also designed to make the long hallway brighter ,at the same time it gives the privacy needed for the walk-in wardrobe room. A huge feature wall in the hallway using the same laminate as Tv feature is designed to bring the flow into the internal part of the house. Part of the feature wall then incorporates a hidden door to the entertainment room. To create a more visual fluidity throughout the interior, all corners are done with curves including the false ceiling.”

“In this project, the colors were carefully selected to make the whole house look spacious and airy. Since the simplicity is lasting, I always prefer one or two best laminates to blend in the whole area rather than have many laminate options in one area. Last but not least, the bathrooms were overlayed with wall vinyl instead of tiles (that helped bring the modern look too).”

“In this project, I tried to create a cosy space by using herringbone vinyl flooring, dark feature walls with warm wood tone. Additionally, with the purpose to add a little raw and playfulness inside this space, I opt for a terrazzo pattern tiles with concrete as base colour which is sprinkled with pop colours like yellow/red.
This compliments with the green hexagon backsplash tiling (and my customer really love it). In order to make the living room looks bigger, I applied a trick that uses huge full height tinted mirror.”

“In this Modern Contemporary design, I managed to create a sleep and simple space. I used the concealing design to hide up the entrance to the homeowner son’s room and also the common bathroom. At the same time, I used a designing feature wall to create an interesting & distinct space.
It’s great to utilize materials like:metal and glass because of their light-reflecting properties. Additionally, neutral colour palettes were widely used, along with textured fabric, together creating the modern contemporary look”

“To hack down existing kitchen wall to open up space. Letting air and light flow through the entire space. We did overlay composite wood decking beside their private pool which creates a new perspective to outdoor comfort just right outside their living room.


To create more storage space for their new place this is why a full-height tv cabinet that doubles as a feature wall is created. A special slot is also created to accommodate the soundbar.


For the junior master room, the previous owner had made it a study room so we had to tear down every carpentry inside to recreate it into a bedroom space with a built-in wardrobe and to fully utilize the space, a customized study table with a drawer was created.”

“In this project, I tried to create a cosy space by using herringbone vinyl flooring, dark feature walls with warm wood tone. Additionally, with the purpose to add a little raw and playfulness inside this space, I opt for a terrazzo pattern tiles with concrete as base colour which is sprinkled with pop colours like yellow/red. This compliments with the green hexagon backsplash tiling (and my customer really love it). In order to make the living room looks bigger, I applied a trick that uses huge full height tinted mirror.”
