We felt very comfortable and assuring while talking to Elaine, we never have the feeling of being pressurized to buy your product. She know her stuff and that gave us the confidence in her work. As this is the first time that we bought a new house, a lot of time we cannot make up our mind.

They managed to complete most of the project before the eventual CB, and the result was very good considering the time pressure. They did finish up the project once CB gradually eased up and we are happy and satisfied with their work.
All in all, it was good experience with Elaine and Weiken.com and we highly recommend them!

There are some workmanship issues during renovation but most of them were resolved quickly whenever we raised a complain to Elaine. After sales service is fantastic, it is now about 1 year after hand over and we are still receiving prompt support and rectification from Elaine whenever there are any issues.

She is very detailed and took notes all the time
Elaine prompted us early to buy the fixture items, and coordinated the delivery of the items. Given that the apartment can be quite messy during the renovation period, she ensured delivered items were in pristine condition, and their installation was done satisfactorily.
