Even when challenges or bumps were met along the way, the service recovery and hurdle were overcomed quickly and satisfactorily.
Not to mention the numerous times she accomodated her schedule for us (who have very busy schedules).
She also preps us ahead of any changes required and any additional cost possibly incurred before moving on with the project. To me this is important as transparency is key in reno projects.
