When we approached our ID Liz Ng it was based on her track record and more importantly her ideas and ability to accommodate ours.

It was a long journey as we had many preliminary meetings before we even officially engaged her. She was obliging. Her fluency, engaging personality indeed made our journey( i admit i don’t like renovation stress) smoother. Liz is always available in person or thru constant phone contact throughout our planning and especially inportant renovation phase. She instructed and supervised the different teams of renovation workers closely and very frequently. We appreciate her constant updates especially during the busy construction period.
The icing on the cake, is the period after handover. We were given a period of settling down time( move in) to see what defect rectifications, adjustment, and modification that we require.
All these were done methodically and fuss free.
