We went around looking for IDs to renovate our resale home. We choose Weiken.com and Jake as our ID, for a few reasons; (1) transparency – their quotation had no hidden costs and they also clearly indicated that anything additional out of this quotation was an additional choice we made and may be an additional charge, (2) their pricing, though not the cheapest, was reasonable, (3) Jake was able to relate our design of modern luxury into reality and he understood our living arrangement and lifestyle. We were working on a very tight timeline of about 3 months before the actual move in. Jake was able to prep the home and it was ready before that, and that helped to relieve a stressful period for us when we were in between homes. During the renovation itself, Jake updated us periodically on key milsetone completion and when we had new requirements, he tried his best to source for the items and to either absorb the cost where possible or getting the best value for us. When there were issues, Jake was prompt in contacting us and explaining the options we could undertake, while also sharing with us his views. He was also competent in managing the contractors and other vendors, we did not receive any complaints or issues from the condo management. Overall, the experience was very good working with Jake. We have a nice place that we call home, and we thank Weiken.com and in particular our ID Jake, for this. We would recommend Jake and Weiken.com, they offer a reasonable price for a high quality of work within realistic timeline. Thank you once again!
