Overall Lucas is a very responsible person to entask your renovations to. He comes up with solutions for various unforeseen problem. I’m very satisfied with the renovation.
We recently did our renovation and was considering between Weiken and another company. We met with Lucas and he gave us a calm, steady and responsible impression. Hence, we decided to use Lucas.
The whole renovation process was extremely smooth. Lucas helped to project managed with the various vendors (even those sourced by us), which saved us a lot of time. We only had to mainly liaise with Lucas to get regular updates on all the various streams of work, which made our lives very easy.
Lucas is very patient and transparent, providing regular updates during the day, sending photos and videos to explain the issues, so I seldom needed to be there in person to understand what was going on.
Lucas is also open to suggestions, and doesn’t insist on his ideas. For example, to save costs, we tried to source some lightings from Taobao. We also didn’t take up his suggestion on downlights due to costs, and went with Philips instead. He was open to discussion and explained the things to watch out for.
Even after the renovation was completed, when we told him of certain issues after living in the unit for some time, he made sure to get those problems rectified, and even came down personally to check.
