We picked Derrius Koh from Weiken out of the 4 different ID firms we interviewed because he was the most responsive right from the start even during our ‘shopping’ stage. Sure enough it turned out to be the right decision as the entire process was smooth and anxiety-free for us. Derrius was prompt to respond to all messages/calls, and always found a satisfactory solution if there was ever an issue. What impressed us most is his ability to keep track of the multiple requests we made almost on a daily basis, and ensured that every one was addressed! The end product is one that transformed our space – great design realized with great workmanship. Thank you Derrius, we’ll be in touch for our next project soon!
