She was patient, professional and very prompt in replies. Even with the manpower shortage, she managed to complete our renovation as scheduled. There were some minor hiccups during the renovation but Vanessa was able to rectify them.

It was a pleasant renovation journey and friends who saw pics/visited my new home have already asked me for my ID’s contact.
