We strongly recommend Ken, as he communicates well with the contractors and all the contractors have been very professional in their areas of work. We had a delay in reno during the year end season, we were stressed as we needed to move in when reno isnt completed. Ken did what he could to coordinate with the contractors to ensure that we could move in, did clean up twice and kept checking in with us during the stressful period.
