We engaged Emily Neo for our home renovation and have had a positive experience overall. She has a pleasant and friendly personality, and her strong focus on customer service has been evident throughout the process. She has been dedicated in supporting us from start to finish, and rectification works were attended to promptly upon request. We had ideas of what we wanted and she supported us in executing the design based on our preferences. While there may be hiccups along the way which are part and parcel of any renovation, she made every effort to work through them with us which we really appreciate. We would like to thank her and the site manager Sunny for their commitment and service-oriented approach maintained throughout the renovation process.
