We engaged Brendan Wong as our ID – he was able to understand what design and look we were going for very quickly. My husband and I liked different design themes and he managed to propose a design incorporating both elements, and we were very pleased with his proposals and renders. Brendan was also very open to feedback and was willing to consider our concerns raised and make the necessary tweaks. He was responsive on whatsapp and kept us updated with video updates. There were some issues that cropped up in the course of the renovations, but Brendan managed to suggest various alternatives for our consideration and was patient and professional in helping us resolve all the issues. The initial quote was also sufficiently comprehensive, such that the final variation order was less than 10% of the initial quote, and comprised mainly items which we were aware of and made the decision to top up on (so there were no surprises). The timeline for the renovation works was longer than we had expected, but overall, we are very pleased with the results and it was worth the wait.
