She was constantly communicating with us to suggest alternatives and to address issues that arose during the renovation process. She would recommend but would never make us feel like we have to do things in a certain way, which is important for us as the clients! Accommodating while keeping professionalism would be a good summary for her relationship with us.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to one of Weiken’s interior designer – Hazel. Definitely someone that we were lucky to work with.
From our first visit to the studio up till our handover, she kept a warm and friendly disposition – which made discussions much more comfortable and less stressful. She was constantly communicating with us to suggest alternatives and to address issues that arose during the renovation process. Inevitably, there were hiccups during the renovation process but none that were too major. Hazel tried her best to resolve them as quickly as possible and we appreciate that.
