We shortlisted Johnathon Tan as our ID after visiting a few ID firms because we find him very experienced and was very impressed by his sketches after giving him an idea of what we required in our new house. It was a great choice indeed because we were at peace leaving him to coordinate with the other contractors and we knew that our renovation is in good hands. The price he quoted us was not the cheapest but very reasonable and realistic with no hidden costs. This is very important to us because we did not want to have a low quotation at the start and then have hidden costs added later on. He was very upfront with us on the costs breakdown and throughout the renovation he was very responsive and solved any problems promptly. The entire renovation went smoothly and overall the result exceeded our expectations. Post renovation, Johnathon provided us with a great service of helping us with any additional requests within his means such as mounting our sound-bar, hanging our mirrors, paintings.etc. Overall he is a dedicated and responsible ID who gave good advice and whom we will strongly recommend to anyone.
