Home renovation discussions with Eunice had always been engaging and fruitful as she was able to share her design expertise with practical advices from her current and past projects/experiences. Eunice was patient, meticulous and thoughtful in her design recommendations. She always make sure that her design and suggestions not only meet but exceed our expectations. As we were quite indecisive in making decisions on the design, we left all the decision makings to Eunice to choose the best colour and material combination for the laminates of the carpentries, sintered stones as well as the wall and floor tiles which could fit into the design concept she suggested. With her expertise and experience in interior design, all her decisions far exceeded our expectations when we saw the end result of the renovation.

Throughout the whole 3 months of renovation, Eunice was responsive and always provided prompt updates on each stage of the renovation processes, which made the entire process a hassle-free journey for us. Eunice always has the interest of her customer as first priority and she always wanted to make sure that we are happy and satisfied with the end result. On certain occasions when we had some doubts on the workmanship of the tiling and plumbing works, Eunice will not hesitate to instruct her contractors to re-do the works even it would potentially incur extra cost to her. All she cares was our satisfaction.

Usually when dealing with renovation interior design firms, we were told to be extra careful and make sure all the potential variable costs are stated clearly, black and white in the terms and conditions of the contract before we sign. However our experience with Eunice totally changed our mindset as she was transparent in her quotation on all the potential additional costs when we were considering for certain design implementations.

After knowing Eunice, we would not feel anxious and uncertain whenever we need to do any renovations again in future, as what we need to do is just engage Eunice without needing to look for someone else. We only trust Eunice and we will continue to trust her with all of our renovation works in future. This is the best compliment we could give to Eunice for her design expertise, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
