This is our honest review for Mr Brendan Wong from Weiken interior design.
My wife and I got ourselves a resale flat at Keat Hong and we wanted to have our place done up. We envisioned a cosy abode with scandi theme. We looked through countless projects and ultimately went for Brendan from Weiken as his past projects really appealed to us.
An appointment was made and we met Brendan for the first time at his IMM outlet. First impressions of Brendan were friendly and approachable. During the discussion, we observed Brendan to be knowledgeable and creative. We liked what he was able to bring to the table and as such, we decided to engage his services.
During the renovation process, Brendan would be at the site physically, as much as possible and had provided us with timely updates. Any issues we wanted to raise would be addressed almost immediately, be it late nights, weekends and even holidays. Brendan was always there and it sure do provide us with assurance and peace of mind. Brendan is also a problem solver who can think quickly on his feet. We will be informed of any required adjustment and its method of rectification. Not even once we had to ponder for a solution as rectification was smooth and quick. Materials and fittings selection was a breeze as Brendan would always be physically present to provide us with expert opinion.
True to the timeline he proposed, the handover took place. The house was better than what we originally envisioned. We did not have any complaint and was really happy with what was done. We had guests over and we’re thankful they share the same sentiments as us. Thank you Brendan, our awesome ID, for the wonderful and hassle free journey. Thank you for a place we can call home. We wish you nothing but the best!
