The only ID who managed to work within our budget carefully

This was our 1st time having a house, and we did so much research and quotation requests from various ids. Weiken was not in the list until we were being recommended by families to Joash Ng from Weiken, who gave all positives feedbacks about his proffesional service. Joash Ng was not only reliable and proffesional, he is a very meticulous ID, focusing on our budget, explaining & describing each and every details of the reno items in the quoation to help us understand more of it. Arrangement & coordination of the renovation was a thumbs up, everything was all in placed. As we were wanted a simple classic interior with gold details, Joash went through the extra miles to have parts of the kitchen interior in gold. An ID who will never fail to put a smile on our face, never tired of answering our queries even at night/weekend LOL! Having Joash Ng as our ID was the best decision we have made.
