The whole experience was extremely comfortable, right from the start, when we were all strapped for time, Lucas spoke to us over the phone and his ability to understand our requirements was very good when we first saw the floor plan on the 1st meet up!
Subsequent meets were all fruitful and very professional, with good advices and everything left to his care, we felt safe him as our designer taking care of the house.
