He is very helpful throughout the process, could very easily understand the requirements and was very responsive. I remember one time we got delivery to our place but the movers cannot put the items in the house because of floor works, so they left it in the corridor. Gilbert moved all of it into the place himself after the works are done – the items are really heavy too…
Gilbert was the ID in charge of my house renovation. He is very helpful throughout the process, could very easily understand the requirements and was very responsive. I remember one time we got delivery to our place but the movers cannot put the items in the house because of floor works, so they left it in the corridor. Gilbert moved all of it into the place himself after the works are done – the items are really heavy too… Of course there were some small hiccups and delays but to be expected with any renovation during this period. Thanks Gilbert and Weiken for a job well done.
