Initially we wasn’t sure what to expect as we have visited a few ID ( not really meeting our expectations) we decided to go Weiken and have a try and we chose jenny from tradehub 21 because we saw many reviews on her. When we first met her, her quotation was detailed and she offered us ideas on carpentry and she was patience as well to listen to our concerns too. Throughout the journey of renovation, she always follow up with us promptly and picking up our calls (even when there’s a miss call she will sure call back). She is also reachable even after office hours. She is very hardworking as she did house visits often to check on the progress. She and her electrician/plumber/worker relationship are good as well. A plus point was the color of the laminate she recommended and it turns out to be fantastic. Overall the house was nice and cosy and exceeded our expectations in fact. I would definitely recommend Jenny to friends and family. It was a pleasant and well assured experience with jenny as i definitely trust her to oversee our renovation.
