When it comes to creating a dream home, it can either go well or badly. We heard so many horror stories when engaging IDs and how dishonest they are and how they overpromised and underdelivered. Before we narrowed down to our IDs, we did much research on reputable IDs and, of course, the workmanship they deliver, but the most important thing for us is the vibe. If you can’t speak our language, then the many months will be an absolute nightmare and daunting. We love a straightforward person and someone who could tell us if what we are asking is realistic to our budget or not rather than sugarcoating it.

He is very fast, efficient, and most importantly, consistent. He controls his work and ensures what needs fixing is done in a timely manner. Super meticulous too. No complaints or delays.
