We were introduced to Brendan Wong@ Tradehub by a close friend. After seeing her renovation we were very impressed. Our previous renovation was something we weren’t pleased with. From the time we met Brendan with the ideas and budget, he listened patiently and explained everything very clearly. He was transparent with the costs as well. He was also very prompt with updates and most importantly kept to the timeline which can be an issue if you are doing renovation while staying in the premises. From the start till the end of the renovation, everything went smoothly and there were updates about works done each day. We felt at ease. It’s important to build a good rapport with your ID and it was easy communicating with him.Brendan knows his work very well and we were very impressed with the detail perspective drawing that there was nothing to change. We liked the very first one he presented. He ran through the drawing in details. He also personally came down to check on the works to ensure they were on schedule.
