He always tries to find the best deals for certain products where the quality is matched at an affordable price, and recommends alternatives whenever the things we want are way out of our budget. Lucas advises us well on limitations that would affect certain design aspects and is still supportive even if the designs we request for strays from our original design concept. We’re very happy with how our home turned out, and his post-reno service is also greatly appreciated.
