The entire renovation process had been a very smooth and pleasant one, all thanks to our reliable and responsive ID, Hazel. We went to her without a concrete idea but just some basic requirements. She then spent some days getting to know every family member’s preferences and lifestyle before doing up a sketch + 3D drawings (that we were very pleased!).

The entire renovation process had been a very smooth and pleasant one, all thanks to our reliable and responsive ID, Hazel. We went to her without a concrete idea but just some basic requirements. She then spent some days getting to know every family member’s preferences and lifestyle before doing up a sketch + 3D drawings (that we were very pleased!).
We felt that she really listened to us, knowledgeable in space & material planning, was upfront with her professional assessment and many a time offered suggestions to help us make more informed and cost-efficient decisions. She was very attentive to details too — like designing a table that caters to my daughter’s height, and a wardrobe with more spaces for dresses for my other daughter, all based on her own observation/interaction with us.
She was also proactive in providing updates on the reno progress, and quick to rectify any issues that arise. Bonus points for delivering under an extremely tight schedule despite the circuit breaker manpower crunch. Even though our reno ended some months back, Hazel is still very responsive towards any minor defects that we raised.
