Was easy to work with him and he was able to translate our needs to the workers working on the place.
In general we felt the level of renovation was good except for the electrician work, which was generally outside of Derrius’s control. There were good suggestions and workmanship to get around the issues with the house, and it has incorporated most of what we wanted to get out of the new place. End result was good, and we are able to enjoy the new place. Coordination wise Derrius has been very helpful and prompt, most issues resolved even before they are raised to us. Was easy to work with him and he was able to translate our needs to the workers working on the place. Special mention to carpentry work, which I personally think is excellent. Thank you Derrius for our dream home!
