Derrius is the ID for our new BTO, he was recommended to us and due to the short time frame we had, we quickly secured him and the project started. He was very prompt in responding to our questions and doubts, knowledgeable and patient gentleman. We wanted our house to run a retro look and had a few variations here and there. His knowledge and experience provided us with great insights for decision making. After the design was finalised, the renovation process was very smooth, the coronation work he did was fantastic too, very different from my previous renovation experience. The outcome of the house was very much what we had planned on paper. With his detailed guidance, we managed to put the house together. Different from my assumptions that ID may be very costly or pushy, he was so so nice and never tried to hard push anything that doesn’t suit the house nor our budget. It was great joy working with him and his team. Not only the materials used were of superb quality, the team is so trust worthy and professional!
